Our Policy to Keep You Safe
Although we’re continuing to provide our legendary Pound Ridge and Westchester County heating and fuel service, we are taking several precautions for the safety of you and our staff. Please read them below and give us a call if you have any questions.
- Our office is temporarily closed to public visitation, but you can make a request by phone or online contact form. Our office hours remain the same as normal to accept your requests.
- Fuel deliveries will continue on schedule. Heating oil delivery drivers will follow CDC recommendations and maintain a safe distance from your family and living area.
- We are only performing emergency service visits at this time. Our service technicians will wear masks and gloves, and can limit exposure by entering through a basement door if given access.
If you’re in need of prompt assistance for emergency service or a no-heat situation, please give our office a call at (914) 764-5766 and our friendly customer service team will be more than happy to help. We take pride in our short response time because it demonstrates our commitment to keep you safe.
Trusted Community Roots since 1890
We started delivering heating oil in 1938, but our roots stretch even further back when it comes to the needs of homeowners on the New York and Connecticut border. The initial Marshall property was designed to sell ice. As we developed into a heating oil delivery company, so developed our ability to deliver top-quality heating services to our valued customers. Continuing to serve you during this challenging time is one way we can express our gratitude for the ongoing patronage of local residents like you.
